In addition, all children who attend will have the opportunity to enter their names into a drawing for a $70 gift card donated by Scotties Fun Spot gift card and two new bikes donated by State Farm Agent Bill Terlisner. A bike course will be set up for kids to learn safe ways to ride a bike. Families are encouraged to bring their child’s bike to participate in the course. Bike helmets will be given out, while supplies last.

Safe Kids Adams County Coordinator Johanna Voss shared, “The Safe Kids Health Fair offers us the opportunity to engage with the whole family on topics that help keep our youth safe. The activities and visuals available will hopefully influence and encourage families to make healthier decisions to prevent injuries and accidents.”

QMG Director of Primary Services JoAnn Legg said the fair provides a time for families to come and have access to a wide variety of community resources in one place.

“The Safe Kids Fair offers so many fun, interactive booths for kids of all ages. Our QMG Pediatrics team is happy to partner with Safe Kids Adams County and other agencies in our community to provide families with a fun way to learn all about leading healthy and safe lives,” said Legg.

In the case of rain, the event will be canceled.
