If you have NOT received a new statement you can call 217-222-6550, ext. 3444 to make a payment by phone or click the secure chat icon on our new online bill pay site.

After you’ve received your new statement you will be able to:

  1. Make a one-time payment when you are in a hurry.
  2. Create an account and access all the new features of our online bill pay. Finally, you can view your statements online!
  3. Have questions? Even if you haven’t created an account, you can chat with a QMG employee, Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by clicking the icon at the bottom right of the screen. After hours? You can leave a message and we’ll get back with you the next business day.
  4. Call 217-277-4077 to make a payment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.
