If you have NOT received a new statement you can call 217-222-6550, ext. 3444 to make a payment by phone or click the secure chat icon on our new online bill pay site.
After you’ve received your new statement you will be able to:
- Make a one-time payment when you are in a hurry.
- Create an account and access all the new features of our online bill pay. Finally, you can view your statements online!
- Have questions? Even if you haven’t created an account, you can chat with a QMG employee, Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by clicking the icon at the bottom right of the screen. After hours? You can leave a message and we’ll get back with you the next business day.
- Call 217-277-4077 to make a payment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.
