Ingredients
- 1/4 small onion
- 2 small cloves garlic, peeled
- 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomato (without basil)
- handful cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place everything in the chopper of food processor and pulse a few times until combined and chunky. Don’t over process.
