QUINCY, IL – Quincy Medical Group (QMG), in partnership with Cathedral of Worship, is hosting the 3rd annual Man Up event. The event offers men in the community an opportunity to prioritize their health while enjoying food, fellowship, and fun.

WHAT: Man Up brings awareness to men’s health and encourages them to take action through various health stations at the event. QMG healthcare providers who specialize in sleep, obesity, and ear, nose, & throat will be available to answer your question. In addition, stations will feature information on mental health, nutrition, financial health, and an opportunity for a free lab draw to test for prostate cancer, colon cancer, high cholesterol, and diabetes.

All participants who visit at least four of the health stations will receive a free meal from Big Bro’s BBQ & Catering. Other activities include BB gun and archery shooting with Mississippi Valley Boy Scouts, inflatable axe throwing, and a basketball challenge. The Quincy Children’s Museum will also be on hand with activities for younger attendees.
