Make Your Own Pizza
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Multicolored bell peppers, sliced and diced
  • Olives, sliced
  • Turkey pepperoni
  • Olive oil
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Create an assembly line of sauces and toppings.
  3. Place whole wheat tortillas on a baking sheet that’s been coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Add the pizza sauce to the crust, then a layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Use the toppings to create your own personal pizza.
  6. Bake pizza at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven & allow to cool.

 

Kabobs and Dip
Serves: 12

Ingredients:

  • Assorted meat and cheese slices
  • Assorted raw veggies cut into slices
  • 16 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Directions:

  1. Combine plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning packet and stir thoroughly.
  2. Assemble kabobs.
  3. Enjoy!

 

Mini Fruit Pizzas
Serves: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 Tbsp orange juice (or mandarin orange juice)
  • 6 medium whole wheat tortillas (or English muffins)
  • Toppings: Blackberries, kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Create an assembly line of sauces and toppings.
