Garlic Mushroom and Spinach Frittata

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs or 8 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 10 averaged sized mushrooms 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ red onion (optional) 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F°.
  2. Saute spinach and mushrooms in olive oil.
  3. Mix in garlic when everything is cooked.
  4. Whisk eggs.
  5. Place all ingredients in a baking dish and mix well.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. (when there is no liquid present the dish is done.)
