Your Appointment

At each appointment, you will first meet your Care Navigator. Your navigator will assist you in making your experience successful. This includes answering your questions, assisting with any concerns, and working with your medical care team to keep them informed when needed (i.e. your Primary Care Provider).

Once you are checked in, your Care Navigator will take your vitals, if necessary, and then take you to your private room where she will virtually introduce you to your psychiatrist. Your first appointment will take approximately 45-60 minutes. Follow up appointments are typically 20–30 minutes in length.

Once your virtual visit with your provider is complete you will then check back in with your Care Navigator who can schedule any follow-up appointments that might be needed. Never hesitate to ask questions during this time. We’re here to help.

What to Expect

Our providers are board-certified and come with years of accelerated learning and experience. They will listen, assess and prescribe medicine if needed. They will also manage your medication and work to develop a customized care plan that delivers the best results for you.

What makes this experience unique is you will meet with your doctor virtually. This means your provider will engage with you via a secure video feed connection. Privacy is important to us. This virtual connection has many safeguards, so you can be ensured that your privacy is protected. Your appointment is not recorded or stored.
