One of Quincy Medical Group’s core values is benevolence — we will offer acts of kindness, be charitable, and create goodwill in our workplace and community. Our culture exemplifies kindness through tangible service and humble giving. The Foundation has designed the Giving Program to be:

Easy: You can support the QMG Foundation automatically with a voluntary deduction from your paycheck. This makes it easy to keep track of your donation information for tax season.
Practical: A small percentage of your paycheck can make a big difference in the QMG Foundation’s work. Giving through a voluntary payroll deduction enables you to pledge a larger amount of money once a year that is then divided into small increments, which get deducted from your paycheck and distributed to the QMG Foundation throughout the year. By giving through a voluntary payroll deduction, you eliminate extra fees.
Empowering: Giving through the Employee Giving Program empowers you and the QMG Foundation! Voluntary payroll deduction allows you to support the communities where you live and work. It also gives you the satisfaction of working as a team toward a specific goal. Think of it as collective giving. Maybe you can only donate a small amount of money this year. You may ask, “What difference can that possibly make?” That is the great thing about teamwork. When we all give through voluntary payroll deduction, the QMG Foundation can plan how to use your donation more strategically and make a stronger impact in our community.

100% of every gift through the Quincy Medical Group Foundation directly supports our QMG family, our patients, and our communities in meaningful ways you can see and feel.

Starting now and throughout 2024, the Foundation is giving away “Share Hope” T-shirts to employee donors!

To get yours:

New donors: Sign up to give $2 or more per pay period or make a one-time gift of $50.
Current donors: Give $25 or increase your payroll deduction by $1 or more a pay period.

Employees who qualify for a T-shirt will receive an email regarding size and location within 30 days of their gift. They will also receive a heart pin to wear on their employee badge.
