The Quincy Medical Group Foundation aims to create awareness and raise funds to help relieve the financial burden brought on families by a cancer diagnosis. Each year, on one night, we gather together as we continue our mission to CRUSH CANCER in our community! With your support, we can decrease the financial hardships our cancer patients face.
Bridge the Gap
The Bridge the Gap to Health Race brings people together to share the experience of bridging the gap of our community’s needs. Join us by participating in the 5K walk/run, 10K, or Half Marathon which routes you across the Mississippi River and back. With every stride taken and each dollar contributed our walkers, runners, and sponsors support those facing challenges in our community.
Tim Haley Heart Check
Each year, the QMG Cardiology team conducts heart screenings to detect undiagnosed heart conditions. Funds raised from this benefit support the Tim Haley Fund, established with the Quincy Medical Group Foundation by the Haley family in 2019, to help children diagnosed with heart conditions who need medical care outside of our local community. This fund assists families with the expenses that come with travel, including transportation and lodging.
In 2023, the fund line expanded to provide automated external defibrillators (AEDs) in local schools that Tim Haley attended.
Great River Autism Connection Walk
Join us for our Great River Autism Walk held annually in April. It’s not just a walk; it’s a celebration of acceptance, a time for awareness, and a chance to unite our community in support of individuals living with autism.
