Three Dates in October October 7, 14, & 16 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. 320 N. Madison St. Pittsfield, IL Appointments are encouraged and can be made by calling 217-285-9601. All those attending the flu shot clinics are asked to wear a mask. Most insurance plans cover flu vaccines with $0 out-of-pocket to the patient. Patients should bring their insurance card with them to the drive-through clinics. Cash prices for uninsured patients are available by calling QMG at 217-222-6550, ext. 6802.
