Infectious Disease

Quincy Medical Group provides diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of infectious diseases. These diseases are caused by microscopic organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites. Infectious diseases can be passed from person to person or can be transmitted by insect bites and contaminated food or water. Many infectious diseases can be prevented by vaccines and frequent and thorough handwashing.

Board-Certified Infectious Disease Physician Dr. Hala Saad is here for patients to provide continuing care for conditions ranging from common infections to complex infections. She also provides travel immunizations and other prevention services.
