Submit a Letter of Support

As we continue our journey to Certificate of Need (CON) approval for QMG Hospital – there’s one important way that you can help. You can write a letter of support to the CON Board to show them how much you believe in the QMG Hospital.

If you’d like to write a letter of support, we’ve created an easy template that you can date, sign, and submit. You are also welcome to write your own letter.

Please send completed letters in one of the following ways:

1. Email a scanned copy to cbrockmiller@quincymedgroup.com
2. Drop off a letter at any QMG location c/o Carol Brockmiller, Administration
3. Mail your letter directly to the CON Board (please email or send a duplicate copy to cbrockmiller@quincymedgroup.com so we can ensure it was received by the CON Board Staff)
