Nur­tur­ing New Beginnings

The QMG Birth Cen­ter will be the first of its kind in our region, offer­ing a safe, cost-effec­tive alter­na­tive to the tra­di­tion­al hos­pi­tal birthing expe­ri­ence. It is designed specif­i­cal­ly for women with low-risk preg­nan­cies who desire a nat­ur­al birth in a more per­son­al­ized setting.

Our Birth Cen­ter will pro­vide a home-like envi­ron­ment where fam­i­lies can stay togeth­er dur­ing and after deliv­ery, ensur­ing com­fort and sup­port through­out the entire expe­ri­ence. The facil­i­ty will fea­ture three birthing rooms ded­i­cat­ed to meet­ing the child­birth-relat­ed needs of women and their new­borns. It will also include a fam­i­ly-cen­tered space for pre­na­tal vis­its and antepar­tum test­ing, ensur­ing com­pre­hen­sive care in a wel­com­ing setting.

In addi­tion to a com­fort­ing atmos­phere, the QMG Birth Cen­ter will include tubs for water births and spaces where moth­ers can walk and rest dur­ing labor. Our facil­i­ty will blend the com­forts of home with the sup­port of a skilled care team.

The QMG Birth Cen­ter will be sup­port­ed by QMG’s team of board-cer­ti­fied obste­tri­cians and mid­wives, who will help moth­ers devel­op birth expe­ri­ences that hon­or their wish­es and assess if a birth at the cen­ter is the best med­ical option for a safe delivery.
