Hel­lo. My Name is Way­land. I am a Inten­sivist Nurse Prac­ti­tion­er. I have been in the ICU here in Quin­cy, IL over 20yrs. I am pas­sion­ate about pro­vid­ing the best crit­i­cal care ser­vices to my patients in their scari­est time of need. My patients will be met with care, com­pas­sion, skill, and humor. I believe, trans­par­ent com­mu­ni­ca­tion of goals of care, treat­ment plan, and emer­gent adjust­ment to the treat­ment plan is essen­tial to our patient-provider shared deci­sion making.
