"Dr. Phillips is truly the best of the best!!! I couldn't rave about him more! He's kind but also efficient, he's attentive and gracious, but also tells you like it is so you know exactly what to expect and what the risks are. He's tender and caring for his patients. Over time, I feel like I've gotten to know him and his assistant a bit more, and it's helped me feel more at ease through all of my eye challenges. Together they're a fabulous team and I'm so grateful for their knowledge, sense of humor, kindness, thoroughness, warmth, reassurances, graciousness, and ability to care for people quickly but effectively. They are AMAZING!!! Thank you, Dr. Phillips, for being an extraordinary and caring doctor!!"
