Ashley brings a strong background in community-based midwifery, clinical herbalism, and whole-person health to her role as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She studied as a Masters student in direct-entry midwifery in Seattle and attended births in a variety of OOH settings for 3 years before transferring to Frontier Nursing University to complete her training as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Most recently, she has been practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner in the Greater Peoria area serving central Illinois, in the clinic setting as well as providing in-hospital labor, birth and postpartum care.
