I believe that connection with members of your care team is very important whether that’s your therapist or your primary care physician. I want to help bridge the gap between your physical health and mental health as I believe both are very important and intertwined. I want to help you set both short and long-term goals for yourself and celebrate your successes along the way as these goals are met. I want you to feel like therapy is a safe space where you can feel understood and supported, while still feeling a sense of challenge and accomplishment.

I enjoy working with patients that experience challenges related to ADHD, behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, food/nutrition issues affecting mental health, parenting skill development, anger, communication deficits, self-esteem/confidence, sibling interaction issues, chronic pain, and play therapy. I also work with members of the LGBTQ+ population.
My family is definitely one of the most important things to me. When I’m not working, I usually planning some sort of trip to somewhere. Whether it’s a girl’s weekend with my mom or a weekend in Chicago with my husband, I always like to have a trip to somewhere planned. I also enjoy playing with our Shih Tzu (Gracie), reading, and volunteering.
