My name is Alaina and I am passionate about helping individuals regain their strength, mobility, and independence. My interest in physical therapy began with a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals managing chronic pain and those rehabilitating after surgery. My approach to physical therapy is rooted in the belief that every patient is unique and deserves a personalized treatment approach tailored to their specific needs and goals. I am deeply committed to improving my patient’s quality of life and reaching their full potential.
