"Dr. Kagumba is thorough and attentive. I was informed of the possible side effects of my treatment so as to allow me to give informed consent, I was listened to during the procedure, and the experience was improved even more because she recommended a pre-treatment to improve the ease of the procedure, which shows her breadth of not only knowledge but also care."
