    *Dr. Jacobs is the nicest dr., at your clinic.


  • I went to ambulatory and got Dr Jacobs. Reception and my nurse Makayla were excellent. dr Jacobs was thorough and attentive.

  • Please replicate the ambulatory clinic model in the other specialties. it seems like the solution is in-house.


    I am not sure who was nurse Assistant in my case at the infusion center other staff and Nurses seemed helpful.
