Sierra’s love for food began on the farm she grew up on, helping her grandma take care of her garden and then cooking alongside her. Along with being the wellness chef at QMG, she is also the manager of the Quincy Farmer’s Market. Though she strives to eat healthy food the majority of the time, baking cookies is her favorite thing. Sierra is a graduate of The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago (CHIC, Le Cordon Bleu). While she loves cooking and has held a variety of food service positions, from executive chef, bakery manager, to professional PB&J maker to 3 boys, teaching people how to prepare real, healthy foods have always been her passion.
