Nicole received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Illinois State University in 2002 and her Master’s Degree in Clinical/Community Mental Health from Western Illinois University in 2005.  She provides behavioral therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and groups.

Her areas of interest include:

  • improving family relationships
  • assisting parents in the improvement of self regulation/self control for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties
  • anxiety management
  • grief
  • helping teens to improve their ability to cope with and express difficult emotions safely and effectively

Nicole is pursuing additional training in the Areas of Attachment Focused Family Therapy and the use of yoga in therapy with children and adolescents.
