  • I have never had any negative issues with the Mt Sterling office, they are excellent to work with and the staff is always friendly and respectful. I drive 45 minutes to doctor here because of the service.

  • Lance Real is one of my favorite doctors. It's hard to find a doctor that you are comfortable with and he makes visits easier. That is the reason that I stayed with him and followed him from Quincy to Mt. Sterling.

Receptionists at the Mt. Stering clinic were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Dr. Real's nurse was fabulous and fun to talk to.

  • never had a problem with this dr office. love the staff. I've been going to QMG for 13 years. if I wasn't happy I would have gone somewhere else

seeing Dr Real eased my mind very confident doctor made me feel confident and comfortable with him almost instantly. hope he stays around for a while

  • nurse Cindy is very good. she always has a smile and will listen to what u have to say so Dr. Real know everything you need to talk about.

I have recommended this care provider to many people. he is very friendly and will actually sit and listen to what u have to say and will include you in your health decisions. Most of the time will give you options of treatment, which makes me feel like I am in control of my healthcare plan.

  • Honestly after we both had appointments here we looked at each other and said we never realized how bad we were being treated at Rushville family practice until we started going here! Everyone was very nice respectful and courteous. Only reason I answered somewhat on time spent is because I'm having some issues that are pretty complicated. However Dr. Real was pretty thorough compared to previous Dr and I was more than pleased with him. If every visit or call goes at least as good as our first experiences we will be very pleased.

Dr. Real was very good with me. I think I probably demand slightly more time and attention than the average but he met at least 90% of my expectations. I would have to rate my previous Dr at 30% or lower.

No delays I think I saw the Dr within 5 mins of completing my paper work. Excellent that is just very excellent!

A++ here. I don't always get the best sympathy from women with my situation. Every single person I had contact with was nice and concerned for my health well being and keeping me informed.

Great wouldn't expect much more from anyone.

good good good. I explained that my wife deals with all medical stuff they gave proper hippa forms so they are able to talk and discuss my health with her.
