Kiana received her Bachelor of Science in Speech/Theater Education, Secondary Education, with a Middle School Endorsement in 2013 from Culver-Stockton College. Most recently, she received her Master in Education and Leadership in 2020, and her Master in Education in both Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling in 2022 from Quincy University. She completed their internship at Quincy Junior High School, and is working there, as well as in Carthage, as a behavioral health interventionist. Kiana works with a range of students through the Thriving Minds grand. Kiana’s areas of interest include the LGBTQ+ community and mood/anxiety disorders, and ADHD, and they hope to be able to aid in the empowerment of the students they work with.
