Joy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon, WI in 2008. She then went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 2009. Joy is committed to providing quality behavioral health services to adults, families, and groups who are working through the challenging milestones of physical and emotional development through the use of evidence-based therapy approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has worked as a social worker for several years providing therapy to adults, children, and families. Joy has a special interest in depression, anxiety and the health and wellbeing of individuals with medical conditions.
