Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Quincy University. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. Jennifer has a background as a SASS crisis caseworker, and as a therapist specializing in trauma and attachment. She is nationally board certified and a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, with extensive training in several evidenced-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Theraplay, and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS). Jennifer is also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). She has special interests in treating anxiety, depression, infertility/women’s issues, and trauma, as well as providing parent education and support through the use of natural and holistic treatment approaches. Jennifer serves adults, children, couples, and families and is licensed in Illinois and Missouri.
