The ladies at the front desk are always so nice and helpful. They are promp and if they cannot find a nurse they will do their best to help you and will always make sure one gets back to as soon as possible.
Dr. Wells was excellent. He understood exactly what was going on and made a plan on how best to go about fixing the issue, while also making sure my insurance would work with me to help cover it. I honestly would love to switch to him from my current provider, however, I'm not sure if this is possible since most place won't let you switch providers within the same practice.
I wait on about 10 minutes after my arrival to be taken to a room but I arrived a few minutes late being that I had an appointment right before and honestly I would rather wait a few minutes than have the person before me be rushed out. If a doctor takes a few extra minutes with the person before I know they are getting all the time and care they need and therefore so will I.
The nurse was very friendly and made sure she understood exactly what issue was. She also made sure that since my primary physician was on maternity leave, that all of my meds were correct and was able to get a refill for the one that was out of them.
I recommend QMG to everyone I can. I live in a town to the north east of Quincy, that while it does have its own hospital and healthcare system is nowhere near what you have in Quincy. I have had nothing but bad experiences with anyone accociated with said hospital and after coming to QMG, I will never look back!
The ladies at the front desk were very careful with my information. There was a lady trying to jump the line, standing rightat the desk next to me while I was being checked in and they were very careful to ask if if everything was the same and as to see cards for anything info they needed to double check so that I did not have to say anything out loud. I really appreciated that since the next person I line had no respect for me or my personal information or space. I even got up and thank the ladies behind the desk once she left because I have been so many places that wouldn't have done that. I really made me feel like I mattered as a person and not just a patient.
