  • I was recognized right away, it was my first visit to establish care with a provider so I was surprised when I was told to have a seat that they would get me checked in. An employee from the back got my insurance information the brought it back to me when she was finished. I am an employee as a float for QMG but did not realize that PER's knew me by name. Very Impressive

Heather made me feel very comfortable, she listened to me carefully and showed respect for my knowledge of my health issues, and made me feel that I do have a say in my treatment. I left from my appointment feeling as if I had made a new friend
