    My long time doctor who listens and discusses my medical difficulties. I have rhuematoid arthritis and he works with me and Dr. Ozment. That is extremely important.


    Tracy is very professional, and I rely on her when I call. She's knowledgeable and is a great liaison between patient and doctor.
