  • Dr. Wallace did an excellent job explaining things to me. My daughter has chickenpox, and to be honest, I had no idea what to do. It's not as common anymore, so I really appreciated the time Dr. Wallace took to make sure I understood everything I needed to do, when she can go back to school, etc.

The nurse(I think Tony) showed respect and courtesy to my daughter even she was reluctant to do what was asked. He came into the room quickly, and took my concerns seriously.

I want to give an A++ to Allison. She took it upon herself to check with the doctor about getting us back in a room. She talked to my 5 year old like a human, and put her at ease. She went above and beyond her call to give us excellent care, and I, for one, greatly appreciated It!!

I really appreciated that we were taken back to a room quickly. I was concerned about my daughter being contagious, and the staff agreed and got us out of the waiting room within just a minute or so.

  • I visited the Walk in clinic for sinus infection problems. I was treated quickly and was happy with my visit.

  • Even though ACC is always busy and I waited close to an hour to be seen, Dr. Wallace and very patient and kind as he helped me. Never did he seem to be rushed, talking his time to answer my questions and being sure I understood, even though the waiting room was full.

My BP was higher than normal and Tony the nurse expressed concern. I mentioned I that it had been a rough day at work. He encouraged me to sit back, relax and think about these winter birds we'd been talking about. In no time at all my BP was down. He truly seemed to care about my situation.

  • I was treated with respect and the staff were very sweet and caring. I love your ambulatory care and Dr Wallace is awesome
