Scheduling personnel were very kind and professional while still being personable. Myself and my children were remembered from previous visits making it a not just a number in the system kind of experience. Our scheduling assistant was new and in training but eager to learn, take instruction, and ask questions. The training personnel was patient and kind while using our unique circumstances as a teaching moment and delegating other tasks to streamline our check in. All in all as good of an experience as one could want to have.

We have been patients of Dr. Monroe for close to 10 years and were patients of hers when she was at Main Street Eye Clinic and are more than happy that she has found employment at QMG HQ Eyes.

No delay was perceived and we were in and out in very good time.

"Nursing" staff was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled in their tasks. Did their best to engage with our kids while not making them uncomfortable being in a strange place or being strangers.
