  • The receptionists are always excellence there

  • Really good at her job.

  • The 60 min wait was due to accommodate for a last minute change for the day of the appointment, so the Dr. Could see me on the day I showed up. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the attention during my first visit: from the receptionist to the nurse and the Doctor.

  • I have never encountered a doctor who can process so much information and actively listen/respond to my concerns while maintaining a conversational and friendly demeanor. I felt at ease and as though I have finally found a doctor who will fight for me. Dr. Batra is clearly very intelligent and quick. She's able to juggle more information than the best doctors while still being empathetic and relatable.

I was very nervous about my appointment, and Elizabeth was warm, kind, relatable, and competent. She calmed my nerves while efficiently completing her role in a no-nonsense manner.
