  • I love Dr. Batra. I am lucky to have her for my Doctor. She is the best.

If I have to wait a little longer to see my Doctor, Dr Batra, I do not mind at all because I know she is very busy and to me she is worth any wait time I may have. She has been my Doctor for some time now and the main reason I am a patient at QMG. She is a huge asset to your facility.

  • Excellent experience with Dr. Batra and her staff!

  • Used "My Chart" app which isawesome!

  • I appreciated that Dr. Batra had my medical information there to refer to and was current about my reasons for a telehealth visit. I felt she was READY for me, the patient. I didn't know what to expect, and it was very cool. That said, if I were "sicker" (whatever that might be), I'd probably want to see Dr. Batra in person - but I would start that process with a telehealth visit.

I didn't think the visit would be a waste of time, but I was pleasantly surprised by how okay and efficient it actually was.

  • Dr. Batra always takes time to understand our concerns and does so in a friendly manner.
