  • He was so nice! Laughed and joked with me! Made me leave with a smile! Let me choose between a shot or pills! Made my appointment so fear free when I have a fear of doctors!

Very nice complemented my nails and made me laugh! The world needs more nurses like her!

  • I love Dr. Arndt's "bedside" manner.

  • I appreciated that he gave me two treatment options and said the choice was mine to make.

I really like the QMG Now concept and how it was explained on your website that this can be the first place to go. I had pain from a pulled muscle in my shoulder. I didn't think it was something that I needed to see my primary doctor about? I like the concept of just starting at QMG Now and see what they recommend.

  • Very friendly and welcoming

    Gave accurate information

Made your visit a good experience

Great from the reception to the doctor and staff

Clean and sanitized feeling but felt comfortable

  • Receptionist was extremely pleasant! I originally arrived at the keokuk walk in at 5:45 and was told I couldn't be seen because it was too close to 6pm. I made the trip to Quincy where the receptionist was more then helpful and had zero hesitation of checking me in at 6:45 when their office was closing in the same time frame as I was denied patient care in the keokuk clinic.

    Very brief exam

Nurse was extremely kind and very attentive to symptoms

    Will recommend Quincy.
