  • I live in Mt. Sterling IL and I tried to be seen at that location first, but they were full for the day and couldn't make an appointment for me. Second option was to drive to Quincy IL to the Maine St. location. This was my first visit ever at this particular area. I was very impressed with entire experience! I will visit here again.

  • Tony was very helpful after I had an adverse reaction to a shot.

  • very good experience maybe open facility closer to springfield area

was a walk in for my dot exam maybe had to wait 30 or 40 minutes to be worked in understandable had a very good experience with courteous and friendly staff was a pleasurable experience would have your facility as my primary care if I lived closer

  • Dr. Arndt was very professional and as always, provided excellent care.

The receptionist was very caring and informative in regards to time .

Her name was Erica (just like my first name). She was extremely professional and caring. As much as I hate going to the doctor for myself, she made me feel a little more at ease with just kind "small talk" to help ease my nerves, etc. I sincerely appreciate her care, concern, and friendly personality. (Erica from ACC)

I would recommend ACC at QMG.

  • I am very satisfied - Thank You

I got to the ambulatory care late in the day. Everyone stayed until I saw the Doctor. I didn't realize I was keeping everyone late, but feeling as bad as I had, was grateful they stayed
