Evolution of Treatment

Treatment is always getting better and we have more options. Targeted therapy has become more important over the last ten years, but it’s still only adequate for a minority of patients.  The real progress and revolution has been in immunal therapy, therapies targeting the immune system and enabling the immune system to fight cancer.

Receiving the Best Care

We like to offer clinical trial opportunities to our patients whenever possible, even if it isn’t in Quincy. The clinical trials we offer here are excellent, and only available in very good centers. We are very picky and selective when it comes to choosing those clinical trials.

A Team Effort

We are a great team at Quincy Medical Group, from the Doctors and Nurses, to the other supportive Oncology staff. We communicate constantly and exchange ideas and are always there to cover one another. We also discuss situations with each other to get input and bounce around ideas.

  • I thought the dr. was very sincere.

    Was pleased with doctors.

  • All are very caring.

  • The staff was awesome. In fact, I had my appointment day wrong by a week, and they considered the drive I had made and worked things out so I was able to be seen anyway. I totally appreciate the extra effort they made so my hour plus drive each way was not in vain.

I appreciate the care that Dr. Koury gives and the knowledge he has. I literally trust him with my life.

The nursing staff is alway courteous and concerned. They listen well and professional yet friendly.
