  • love being able to schedule appointments through the MyUnity point app!

  • we always receive great care from Chaka and her staff. we love QMG.

  • When calling the reception desk more often than not they are more interested in finishing their conversations with their peers than acknowledging I'm on the line waiting for them to say hello. When lab/X-ray results are needed I find myself having to place multiple calls to the office to receive them. With the answers I received as to why the results aren't ready makes it would like our nurse practitioner isn't given enough time in her day to read them for us. Today is the second time in the last three months I've spent an entire day of phone calls to the drive to attempt to get results to tested that are back but have not been read.

  • My husband and I struggled with the decision to change pediatricians last summer but we decided to try it. We selected Chaka because of our friends recommendations and we have not be disappointed. She was very quick to diagnose our son with a rare hip condition last fall and she has been so helpful and supportive throughout the process of getting him better. When I call with concerns, the staff takes my worries seriously and I always feel like they truly want to help. My only regret is that we didn't switch to Chaka and QMG sooner.

  • This office and provider are the best we've ever had. My children and myself completely trust them.

Everyone was VERy kind & caring.
