  • First time using My Unity Point portal to request an appointment. Very easy!

  • Quick almost out before apt. time.

  • Such a wonderful eye doctor! Takes time to hear your problems and takes time to find solutions to your problems as well. I'm so happy to have her as my eye doctor.

  • Everyone is always professional and helpful.

I have a lot of vision issues at this time. Everyone has worked well to accommodate my needs. I am very appreciative.

  • Listened to my request for slightly stronger vision script for my contacts, explained how my vision will most likely progress as I get older, was understanding of my financial circumstance on contacts and glasses and made sure I knew what was covered and not covered so I didn't have any surprise bills. Loved her!

Very pleasant staff who were quick and easy to speak with

I have already recommended this practice to my grandma who has foster kids that need apts and she was already impressed with the receptionist on how easy it was to schedule all the apts and recommended you to my boss looking for a new eye doctor! Highly recommend!

All workers were wearing their masks, every person made sure the devices were cleaned before I used them. I'm on state health insurance and somewhat embarrassed about it and they all treated me very well and didn't make me feel any lesser of a valued customer. I highly recommend this practice
