When not at work, Cassidy enjoys long walks down aisles at the grocery store, whipping up some delicious vegetarian food, gardening, traveling to destinations around the world, and fulfilling her role as an aunt. A self-described “hippy at heart”, she loves trying every food she can, as long as it’s vegetarian. Cassidy received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and her master’s degree in medical nutrition both from Saint Louis University.
