My primary job at QMG is as an ophthalmology assistant/scribe and help with game coverage in the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Department. I like being an ATC for simply helping someone in need. Although we help people of all ages and occupations. Most of us, coming from an athletic background realize how important sports can be in someone’s life. It is fun to bond with athletes and coaches throughout the season. You feel like you are part of the team as well, winning and losing right there with them. It’s a great feeling to see the athlete return to play and continue their journey.
