Quincy Medical Group (QMG) is offering sports physicals in Quincy, Mt. Sterling, and Keokuk. These physicals are open to all area student athletes.
All those who attend a sports physical at QMG will receive a complimentary t-shirt. Details for each location are listed below. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the number listed below.
Social distancing guidelines and safety precautions will be taken. Only one adult/family member will be allowed to accompany the student athlete at their appointment. Face coverings required.
QMG is asking that all required forms be completed ahead of time and brought to the athlete’s scheduled appointment. These forms are available on the QMG website at quincymedgroup.com/sports.
