Spinach Feta Turkey Burger

Enjoy the spring weath­er by get­ting the grill out and try­ing this savory and healthy spinach turkey feta burger!

Spinach Feta Turkey Burg­er (Yields: 8 burgers)

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cloves of gar­lic, minced
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 pounds ground turkey (choose one with less than 10 grams fat)

Direc­tions:

  • Pre­heat skil­let and spray with pan spray. You can also pre­heat an out­door grill for medi­um-high heat and light­ly oil grate or.
  • While pre­heat­ing, mix togeth­er eggs, gar­lic, feta cheese, spinach, and turkey in a large bowl until well com­bined; form into 8 patties.
  • Cook on pre­heat­ed grill until no longer pink in the cen­ter, 15 to 20 minutes.

Note: These can be served on low car­bo­hy­drate buns or eat­en plain.
