Make Your Own Piz­za
Serves: 1

Ingre­di­ents:

  • Whole wheat tortilla
  • Mul­ti­col­ored bell pep­pers, sliced and diced
  • Olives, sliced
  • Turkey pep­per­oni
  • Olive oil
  • Piz­za sauce
  • Moz­zarel­la cheese, shredded

Direc­tions:

  1. Pre­heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cre­ate an assem­bly line of sauces and toppings.
  3. Place whole wheat tor­tillas on a bak­ing sheet that’s been coat­ed with non-stick cook­ing spray.
  4. Add the piz­za sauce to the crust, then a lay­er of shred­ded cheese.
  5. Use the top­pings to cre­ate your own per­son­al pizza.
  6. Bake piz­za at 400 degrees F for 15 – 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven & allow to cool.

Kabobs and Dip
Serves: 12

Ingre­di­ents:

  • Assort­ed meat and cheese slices
  • Assort­ed raw veg­gies cut into slices
  • 16 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 pack­et ranch seasoning

Direc­tions:

  1. Com­bine plain Greek yogurt and ranch sea­son­ing pack­et and stir thoroughly.
  2. Assem­ble kabobs.
  3. Enjoy!

Mini Fruit Piz­zas
Serves: 12

Ingre­di­ents:

  • 12 cup vanil­la Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 12 tsp vanil­la extract
  • 34 Tbsp orange juice (or man­darin orange juice)
  • 6 medi­um whole wheat tor­tillas (or Eng­lish muffins)
  • Top­pings: Black­ber­ries, kiwi, straw­ber­ries, man­darin oranges

Direc­tions:

  1. Pre­heat oven to 400 degrees F.
