Summer is a great time for family fun and picnics! Try this healthy alternative to potato chips at your next BBQ!
Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tsp season salt
Directions:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite-size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt or other spices.
- Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
