Gar­lic Mush­room and Spinach Frittata

Ingre­di­ents

  • 4 eggs or 8 egg whites
  • 2 table­spoons milk
  • ¼ cup grat­ed parmesan
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 10 aver­aged sized mushrooms 
  • 1 tea­spoon gar­lic powder
  • ½ red onion (option­al)
  • 1 table­spoon olive oil 

Instruc­tions

  1. Pre­heat Oven to 350 degrees F°.
  2. Sauté spinach and mush­rooms in olive oil.
  3. Mix in gar­lic when every­thing is cooked.
  4. Whisk eggs.
  5. Place all ingre­di­ents in a bak­ing dish and mix well.
  6. Place in oven and bake for 30 – 40 min­utes. (when there is no liq­uid present the dish is done.)
