Garlic Mushroom and Spinach Frittata
Ingredients
- 4 eggs or 8 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 10 averaged sized mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ red onion (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F°.
- Sauté spinach and mushrooms in olive oil.
- Mix in garlic when everything is cooked.
- Whisk eggs.
- Place all ingredients in a baking dish and mix well.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 – 40 minutes. (when there is no liquid present the dish is done.)
