Farmers Market Kids’ Activity: Sidewalk Chalk Paint

Mate­ri­als:

• ½ Cup Cornstarch
• ²⁄₃ Cup Water
• Food Col­or­ing
• Muf­fin Pan
• Paint Brush­es (large work better)

How To:

1. Mix togeth­er water and corn­starch, stir until the corn­starch dissolves.
2. Divide the paint mix­ture into the wells of a muf­fin tin or paint­ing tray, and add food col­or­ing to achieve desired colors.
3. Draw pic­tures, write your name, or do hop­scotch! Have fun!!
