Ever won­der what a dietit­ian keeps in their kitchen? Since it’s Nutri­tion Month, we’re giv­ing you a behind-the-scenes look! We asked Quin­cy Med­ical Group (QMG) Reg­is­tered Dieti­tians Brit­tany Win­ship, RD, LDN, and Regan Tripp MS, RDN, LDN, to share the must-have foods and tools that help them (and can help you!) main­tain a healthy, bal­anced lifestyle.

They each nar­rowed their list to their top ten essen­tials — a tough task, but here’s what made the cut for kitchen must-haves from Reg­is­tered Dietitians:
