Our sec­ond award recog­ni­tion hon­ors Mor­gan S., Peo­ple & Cul­ture Gen­er­al­ist, with the Employ­ee Lead­er­ship Award.

This award cel­e­brates an indi­vid­ual who embod­ies high eth­i­cal stan­dards, fos­ters a respect­ful and inclu­sive envi­ron­ment, and demon­strates lead­er­ship through col­lab­o­ra­tion, com­mu­ni­ca­tion, and innovation.

Mor­gan joined the Peo­ple & Cul­ture team just 1.5 years ago, tran­si­tion­ing from ben­e­fits man­age­ment to full-time recruit­ment at the start of 2024. She not only embraced this new chal­lenge but exceed­ed all expec­ta­tions, deliv­er­ing remark­able results that have trans­formed QMG’s recruit­ment efforts.

“In her first year as a full-time recruiter, Mor­gan has filled five of our most dif­fi­cult-to-source posi­tions — roles that had remained unfilled for near­ly sev­en cumu­la­tive years. In sev­er­al cas­es, she has brought entire depart­ments to full staffing for the first time in months, sig­nif­i­cant­ly improv­ing patient access and team morale,” shared her leader, Senior Direc­tor of Peo­ple & Cul­ture, Tori E.

Morgan’s suc­cess is root­ed in her abil­i­ty to build authen­tic con­nec­tions and her unwa­ver­ing com­mit­ment to excel­lence. She spends time with each depart­ment leader to under­stand the nuances of the roles she recruits for, ensur­ing she finds can­di­dates who not only pos­sess the nec­es­sary skills but also align with QMG’s cul­ture. Mor­gan redesigned the hir­ing process to cre­ate a best-in-class can­di­date expe­ri­ence, know­ing it lays the foun­da­tion for every employee’s jour­ney with QMG.
