Timothy Haley Fund

At the age of 26, Tim Haley passed away from fatal ven­tric­u­lar arrhyth­mia due to car­diomegaly with left ven­tri­cle hyper­tro­phy. The Tim Haley Fund helps chil­dren diag­nosed with heart con­di­tions who need med­ical care out­side of our local com­mu­ni­ty. This fund, estab­lished with the Quin­cy Med­ical Group Foun­da­tion by the Haley fam­i­ly in 2019, assists local fam­i­lies with the expens­es that come with trav­el includ­ing trans­porta­tion and lodging.

The fam­i­ly recent­ly expand­ed the fund line to allow local schools and non-prof­its to write grants to fund the pur­chase of auto­mat­ed exter­nal defib­ril­la­tors (AEDs). Appli­ca­tions for AEDs can be filled on our Apply for Funds Page.
