One of Quin­cy Med­ical Group’s core val­ues is benev­o­lence — we will offer acts of kind­ness, be char­i­ta­ble, and cre­ate good­will in our work­place and com­mu­ni­ty. Our cul­ture exem­pli­fies kind­ness through tan­gi­ble ser­vice and hum­ble giv­ing. The Foun­da­tion has designed the Giv­ing Pro­gram to be:

  • Easy: You can sup­port the QMG Foun­da­tion auto­mat­i­cal­ly with a vol­un­tary deduc­tion from your pay­check. This makes it easy to keep track of your dona­tion infor­ma­tion for tax season.
  • Prac­ti­cal: A small per­cent­age of your pay­check can make a big dif­fer­ence in the QMG Foundation’s work. Giv­ing through a vol­un­tary pay­roll deduc­tion enables you to pledge a larg­er amount of mon­ey once a year that is then divid­ed into small incre­ments, which get deduct­ed from your pay­check and dis­trib­uted to the QMG Foun­da­tion through­out the year. By giv­ing through a vol­un­tary pay­roll deduc­tion, you elim­i­nate extra fees.
  • Empow­er­ing: Giv­ing through the Employ­ee Giv­ing Pro­gram empow­ers you and the QMG Foun­da­tion! Vol­un­tary pay­roll deduc­tion allows you to sup­port the com­mu­ni­ties where you live and work. It also gives you the sat­is­fac­tion of work­ing as a team toward a spe­cif­ic goal. Think of it as col­lec­tive giv­ing. Maybe you can only donate a small amount of mon­ey this year. You may ask, ​“What dif­fer­ence can that pos­si­bly make?” That is the great thing about team­work. When we all give through vol­un­tary pay­roll deduc­tion, the QMG Foun­da­tion can plan how to use your dona­tion more strate­gi­cal­ly and make a stronger impact in our community.

Start­ing now and through­out 2024, the Foun­da­tion is giv­ing away ​“Share Hope” T‑shirts to employ­ee donors!

To get yours:

  • New donors: Sign up to give $2 or more per pay peri­od or make a one-time gift of $50.
  • Cur­rent donors: Give $25 or increase your pay­roll deduc­tion by $1 or more a pay period.

Employ­ee Login

Employ­ees who qual­i­fy for a T‑shirt will receive an email regard­ing size and loca­tion with­in 30 days of their gift. They will also receive a heart pin to wear on their employ­ee badge.
