Can­cer Crush

The Quin­cy Med­ical Group Foun­da­tion aims to cre­ate aware­ness and raise funds to help relieve the finan­cial bur­den brought on fam­i­lies by a can­cer diag­no­sis. Each year, on one night, we gath­er togeth­er as we con­tin­ue our mis­sion to CRUSH CAN­CER in our com­mu­ni­ty! With your sup­port, we can decrease the finan­cial hard­ships our can­cer patients face.

Bridge the Gap

The Bridge the Gap to Health Race brings peo­ple togeth­er to share the expe­ri­ence of bridg­ing the gap of our community’s needs. Join us by par­tic­i­pat­ing in the 5K walk/​run, 10K, or Half Marathon which routes you across the Mis­sis­sip­pi Riv­er and back. With every stride tak­en and each dol­lar con­tributed our walk­ers, run­ners, and spon­sors sup­port those fac­ing chal­lenges in our community.

Tim Haley Heart Check

Each year, the QMG Car­di­ol­o­gy team con­ducts heart screen­ings to detect undi­ag­nosed heart con­di­tions. Funds raised from this ben­e­fit sup­port the Tim Haley Fund, estab­lished with the Quin­cy Med­ical Group Foun­da­tion by the Haley fam­i­ly in 2019, to help chil­dren diag­nosed with heart con­di­tions who need med­ical care out­side of our local com­mu­ni­ty. This fund assists fam­i­lies with the expens­es that come with trav­el, includ­ing trans­porta­tion and lodging.

In 2023, the fund line expand­ed to pro­vide auto­mat­ed exter­nal defib­ril­la­tors (AEDs) in local schools that Tim Haley attended.

Join us for our Great Riv­er Autism Walk held annu­al­ly in April. It’s not just a walk; it’s a cel­e­bra­tion of accep­tance, a time for aware­ness, and a chance to unite our com­mu­ni­ty in sup­port of indi­vid­u­als liv­ing with autism.
