As we monitor the COVID-19 situation and take direction from our local and federal government officials some of our hours are changing.
These changes are temporary and we will update this site as needed.

If you feel you need medical care, for anything, please call your provider’s office. We are here for you and many providers are offering telehealth, or virtual visits, so that you can get the help you need from home.
Non-urgent in-person appointments will be rescheduled or shifted to a virtual visit; urgent needs will be determined by the providers and their patients. (QMG providers will continue to see patients for appointments related to workers compensation claims.)
We will update the information below if hours change or if other locations have new hours.

Individuals will be screened over the phone by our clinical staff. If patients meet clinical criteria, they will be directed to the new Flu-Like Illness Screening Center, set up in collaboration between QMG, SIU, and Blessing Health System, for evaluation. If patients are directed to the Center, they will complete a brief registration. Lab testing will be performed only if medically indicated and if available.
